Hi all,
Once again a late update. With all things happening around jennys mother, who now is really very badly ill, i haven't managed to update and focus on losing weight too much.
I managed to limit the damage and sttay around the same weight. Scale said 98,9 this morning.
I have found the time for running 3x this week though. Now training for 8 km. Now running 36 minutes per training. (almost 6 km)
So the trick is to limit and watch what i eat. That is the hard thing with the irregular times and meals at the moment. Ah well, let's hop on the horse again and ride it!
