Weight 2011 - week 6

Good saturday morning all!

Weight 2011 has gone really well this week. No problems keeping away from the fridge. 3 lunchwalks when i was working from the office. Besides that we got snow again and that means extra training by cleaning the driveway.

After the last two weeks that i thought were stable, my body decided to behave different. Suddenly i lost weight quicker this week. Seems it goes down a bit, slows down a couple of days and then goes quicker again. Like there are some plateaus it has to go through.

Diet wise i still do the same. Small breakfast in the morning, some Knackebröd with cheese, little bowl of yoghurt. Mealbar for lunch. In the evening a normal cooked meal, watch the sauce and portions though. Nothing in between ( sometimes a fruit). I normally get somewhere around 1200 kcal on that. That's quite low for a man, but i seem not to get hungry on that and have no energy problems.

Anyway, result for this week is an amazing 2,4 kg ! That means my total is now 13,7 and there is 41,3 left. I passed a milestone this week and made it over 10% weight loss. Next milestone is 25% of my total weight to go down, which should be easy next week. (13,8 so only 100 grams :) )
