Well, not a lot of action here the last couple of months. After a really good trip with my weight in 2011, things did not go so good beginning of this year. Developments at work (project kilos) and home have made me go up in weight during the first 3,5 months. Sure, I have had a lot of good days, but also a lot (and maybe most) bad days. Keep finding myself in front of the fridge at night.. Not a good thing at all.
On a good note, I have managed to start running again and actually ran 7 km's on tuesday evening. Have even put myself up for a local race on the 10th of may. Will run "Grabbhalvan" in Norrköping, a 5 km run. Not a super long distance, but the first time for me doing something like that.. Excited !
Anyway.. I'm now back with Weight 2012. Starting point is a proper 93 kg this morning. This will have to be down to under 80 by the summer again.. So, running, eating healthy and no snacks/night food etc... Let's do this !

Wat jammer maar ga er weer tegen aan.Ik geloof dat je altijd op je
gewicht zal moeten blijven letten.
