Good morning,
Another week has flown by and now it is time to hit the scales again. This week has been quite good foodwise (one customer visit and a thai lunch though :/ ) which means the result should be ok. Last weekend, after weighing in my weight went up a little, so it was in the beginning of the week hard as i didn't think it would be a good result.
Anyway. it turned out ok with -1,4 kg. That means that the total loss now is up to - 22,1 kg.
Slowly but surely the halfway point is coming into sight. Also, and more important, I'm getting closer to a 2 digit weight.. That is a big step and will probably reach that in lite more than a month from now. My mother is visiting after easter, so I'm hoping i'll reach it by then. Will probably end up a little over still then.
Started working out this week. To my amazement i discovered muscles in places i didn't expect them, as it hurt in a lot of places.. But that's a good sign, right ? Will continue that for the coming weeks. After the 100 kg mark, I'll slowly start running again. Goal for this year is to be able to do 100 pushups, 200 situps and run 10 km... Tough from where I am now, but a goal is a good thing.

Heel goed deze week weer.
Ga zo door dan is het later ook beter bij te houden.
Wij zijn iedere week weer nieuwsgierig hoe het gegaan is.
Zo terug van de tennis en weer geluk Geert is weer gewicht kwijt.
