Was at itrim today for my health check. Everything ok!
We decided i am going to try and lose 15 kg in the next 12 weeks. That means i will be eating a very low calory diet from tomorrow. No real food....
Besides that, we agreed:
- 2 gym training passes of 30 minutes per week
- 1 run per week
- 7000 steps average/day
- no evening/night eating
- eat 4 times/day, every 4 hours
Feel quite motivated now. Hey, it's only twelve weeks.
