Well, the first few days with my new start using itrim have gone.
Foodwise this has been good. Eating a very low calory diet for 3 weeks now. This means only soup and diet shakes 4 times per day. Only 600 kcal which is about 25% of what a man needs.
So far so good though, even with a conference at work it went ok. Not hungry, but a bit bloated in my stomach and a bit low on energy.
Trainingwise i managed 2 gym passes in the morning before work. On the conference we did pilates, running and football. During the running i had a proper dip, no energy and had to stop. Was feeling quite ill after that for a few hours. Guess i hace to take it a bit carefull with trainung while low on calories.
The result then for this week. Well, it seems to work as the scale said 93,9 this morning. That is 3,5 kg from last saturday!
Total loss 35,7 kg in total. With new goal of around 80 (83 with clothes on) 13,9 kg left
Will report result again in a week, maybe some update under the week.

Heel goed maar ben wel voorzichtig.
Denk eraan je moet het naderhand ook aan kunnen.
