Weight 2012 - week 1

Well, the first week went by and i'm not too happy about it.

Motivation tanked, no training and not the best foodwise. Can't explain why, but it is so hard just now to focus and resist temptation. Thing is, the food and snacks that go in extra are not that good. Not worth it.

Today started better. Got myself out of the house in wonderfull weather and ran 8,3 km. That's a record distance for me !

Now, let'a make this a good day, tomorrow also etc...
