Weight 2011 - week 16

Morning.

Another week has flown by and time to weigh in again.

The weightgods have not been that kind this week. Seems things are slowing down lately. Have i hit a plateau? Feels a bit like the harder i train, the less i go down. And even in training i seem to get weaker, instead of stronger. Strange, but will have to just continue and work my way through !! Hopefully it will improve for next week.

The result then, 0,5 kg this week. Total 26,2 kg another 28,8 to go to target. Have passed 20% weightloss (total) this week...

Coming week it is time to get some running shoes and clothes. Beginning of may is my (re)introduction to running. I'm more and more motivated to get going.

have a great easter. Wonder how to avoid the eastereggs, but will give it a good try.

Geef alle paaseitjes maar aan de meiden! Of jaag dat beest van je erf... is ook nog goeie lichaamsbeweging ook. Twee "hazen" in een klap.
Hou vol. Elke week zoveel afvallen kon ook niet blijven duren.

Er is weer gewicht weg dus OK.
Wij hebben vanmorgen ook al tennis les gehad,dus bewegen is altijd goed.
Ook geeft het je een fijn gevoel.
Fijne paasdagen en niet te veel chocolade eitjes eten.
Fijne paasdagen ook voor de meiden en tot volgende week.

Keep up the good work! The training results in more muscles, might be a reason for less weight loss.
