Weight 2011 - Week 22

Saturday morning and weighin time.

A hard week with food. A lot of temptation and quite a few mistakes. Will have to watch that a bit more again.

Running compensated a bit though. This is getting tougher now and i ran a nonstop 20 minute run yesterday. Goes quite quickly to train up condition a bit, but today everything hurts. Guess that's agood thing.

The result then: 0,5 kg loss only. 99,4 kg and a total loss of 30,2 kg. 24,8 kg to go to target.

Kop op Geert-Jan vol blijven houden en probeer ook om je eten te denken.
We begrijpen det het vaak heel zwaar is maar ga door.
Een gode start naar het volgende weeg moment.
